A new invention!

I made a new invention, it's called a wind-bag kite. I made it out of a grocery bag and floss. I'll tell you how to make one. #1.Get the bag. #2.Tie the floss on the 2 straps on the bag. #3.Play with it! And that's how you make one. Fun, isn't it? well.... I like making them,how 'bout you? It's good fun to me!

Starting school this week!

I am so excited about our first day of school this week! It is going to be so fun! We are even going to have a homeschool Back to School party! :o) I like doing smily faces on the computer. It is so fun! We are going to go to Sea World on Friday and see Hi-5. Some of you may not know who Hi-5 is. They are a group of people who have a kid's show on tv. They sing and dance. I like them alot. We see them once in awhile on the tv.

Our House

I like our house. It's big, not huge, though. Aspen and Chaz, Mommy and Daddy, Brett, Addison, and me live here. It is fun. Aspen likes the kitchen most because we give him things to eat! Chaz likes to be outside because he can chase trucks! Me and Brett like upstairs the most because we get computer time. Addison seems to like all of the rooms the best. Mommy likes the living room the best, and Daddy does, too! We have a nice yard and a swingset. That is all I want to say.

Lindy's Last Day

I'm so sad about Lindy leaving tomorrow. :o( But I'm looking foward to going to South Dakota! I'm so nervous about the flight. I love Lindy so much, but good thing I have her email! We all are sad. I had fun when Lindy was here, so I'm really sad that she's leaving. We're going to Cheesy Jane's to have one more fun thing.If you are on my blog, you might be sad that Lindy is leaving too. That's all I want to say.

Clay Casa!

I like Clay Casa! We went to it today. It is a place that you can paint clay objects, and then they bake them, and they look really shiny when they are done! I love it! You know what I mean by shiny, shiny shiny shiny! Wow! I think they look very great. We've been there lots of times, and Lindy has never been there. So we took her, and she made a bank! I made a dolphin and Brett made a shark. Brett loves sharks, and I love dolphins! Addison painted a little doggy bowl! It's a bowl with a dog on it. Addison likes cats and dogs. Mommy just watched us paint, and made speckles all over the plate that we put our footprints on. It really tickled!

The Wedding

I liked going to Mr. Russ and Mrs. Marva's wedding! When we first arrived, I was like, I don't know about this, but I had a blast! The things were so amazing that they did. The best part was the eating. The wind even blew out our candles! It was soooooooo funny! Do you know what? Addison dumped her water all over Mommy's purse! And then, she dumped her water all over herself! We had a great time.

My First Wedding!

I'm going to a wedding today! I think I will like the wedding. I am dressed in my 4th of July dress. I just love to see pictures of weddings. A wedding is beautiful! You know, I think I'm going to have really much fun there. We are getting ready for the wedding, even Lindy. I got stencils today! There are Seasons and Holidays, Plants and Animals, and People and Vehicles. We made a book called Madeline, the Princess who Loved to Knit!

Camp Catcheefishee!

I like Camp Catcheefishee! Camp Catcheefishee is last night's camp that Lindy named. Today is our last camp night! We went to Camp Catcheefishee Cafe (Golden Corral) and we sung campfire songs and watched State Fair. State Fair is a great movie. We didn't eat popcorn, cause we went to Catcheefishee Cafe! It was fun catching fish in Camp Catcheefishee. We're going to Clay Casa today! I don't know what I'm going to paint yet! I think the best part of it is choosing your painting thing. It is going to be so fun!!!!!!!!! Lindy is going to paint a bank.

Camp USA!

I like camp USA! I know what you're thinking, you're thinking of camping outside! But, we're actually camping inside in our living room! This night, Brett gets to name the camp. I named it last night. My campfire song was really silly! Brett made up his all by himself. I love s'mores! We're going to have s'mores tonight! We made paper fish last night! We made up all kinds of fish. Camp USA is oh, so fun! Wish you were here! The movie we watched was "The Ugly Dachshund". It was so cute!

I like knitting! So I do it. First I didn't know how, but now I know how! Here are pictures of me and Lindy knitting! Whoopee! This is my build-a-bear scarf. I'm knitting it every day until I get it done! I'm going to knit a dishcloth next, then I'm going to knit a scarf for me!

North Carolina trip pictures

This summer I went to North Carolina! Here are some pictures.

I am drawing with Lindy. We're making "Allie, the Princess who loved to Ice Skate". We are at Lindy's house. My brother and sister and Mom and Dad are there too.

This is me and Lindy having tea. My doll Millie isn't in this one, but she was there too. It wasn't really tea, it was hot chocolate. I drank 3 cups!

My Knitting Post!

I have been knitting a Build-a-Bear scarf! We went to Hobby Lobby first. We picked out the yarn, and I picked out the needles. I accidentally poked myself! I got pink needles, pink yarn, (Sugar n' Cream Patio Pinks) purple and green yarn, (Lavender Ice) and the one Lindy has. (Pretty Pastels) It was so fun picking out yarn! We made up something to help me learn how to knit. This is what it is. 1. Loopy 2. Wrapy 3. Pully 4. Pinchy 5. Pokey 6. Offy 7.Pushy! It was so fun learning that poem! I like pully. I'm using Sugar n' Cream Patio Pinks right now. It's so fun! My favorite thing about knitting is you can keep some of the things you knitted, and you can sell some! Note: It takes practice! Yesterday we made a book called "Charlotte, the Princess who loved Dogs." It was so fun!

Note from Lindy - Austin is already knitting with out me helping! I can't believe how well she's doing. She's going to be knitting fast in no time at all! :o)

Fun Times

My VBS was so cool! I liked making the necklace on the last day. I had a great time in my class. I got to carry the banner in the parade! We saw lots of familiar people, and we had a great time. It was really loud on the last day! The thunder just was REALLY loud! Well, as you look at this blog, you will find many amazing things about me. Today we're going to Hobby Lobby. Lindy and I are going to knit after I get my knitting things! :o) Someday I'm going to sell socks and other things that I knit, like Lindy. :o) :o) :o) :o) :o)

My First Post!

Hi! My name is Austin, and welcome to my blog! Here is what I've been doing. I've been visiting with my cousin Lindy. She lives in North Carolina. Lindy got here yesterday. We've been spending lots of time together. As you know, I live in a house with my family. Lindy and I have been making princess books. Right now, we're doing one called "Rose, the Princess who Loved Flowers". Someday Lindy is going to teach me how to knit! I am so excited! I want pink yarn. This is my first blog! Lindy helped me make it. My church is having VBS. This is my last day. It's been really exciting! First we learned about Jesus healing. Yesterday we learned about Him teaching us to obey and serve Him. Today is "Jesus Calms the Storm". My brother is watching Peter Pan. This is what I made in VBS. First, I made a boat. Then, I made a scroll.
